Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only.
GROUP REGISTRATION
For group bookings (minimum 15 delegates) please contact optionsxii2024@icmsaust.com.au
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Student registration includes PhD students. This category must be accompanied by valid proof of status. Please forward a copy of a current student card or a signed letter from your Head of Department to Options XII Administration at optionsxii2024@icmsaust.com.au and quote your registration reference.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds of your registration fee must be submitted via email to Options XII Administration at optionsxii2024@icmsaust.com.au by 23 August 2024 to be eligible for reimbursement.
Refunds can be made in full up to 10 July 2024.
For refund applications from 11 July 2024, a processing fee of AUD200 will be applied.
Refund requests from 11 July may not be processed until after the conference.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, refund requests received after 24 August 2024 will not be processed.
